Remember that the faster you contact your leads, the higher the response rate of your candidates. From experience, the response rate will increase when sending a text message (Whatsapp/SMS) to a candidate within 24 hours. 

When reaching out to passive job seeking talent, remember that calling will often lead to  voicemail because they are busy during the day.
