These are the three different objectives that Wonderkind offers:
Employer brand awareness
This is the backbone of your company image. This objective tells more candidates about the Employer Value Proposition. The recommended length for this campaign goal is one to two months.
Vacancy visits
This objective is targeted to instigate consideration from both active and inactive job seekers. Choose this objective to drive relevant candidates to a specific vacancy page of choice. The recommended length for this campaign goal is one to six weeks.
Job applications
Choose this objective to capture candidates on your vacancy page. The recommended length for this campaign goal is three days to four weeks.
