You can select up to five locations, a country or province for your campaign. We would advise you to target the location of where the job will take place. This is for two reasons:
- Using the location in the ad, will increase the conversion rate. Candidates are more likely to click the ad, when they see it’s located in their location of choice.
- The talent that is clicking the ad will know what to expect from the job regarding the location.
